BiG Qualified and Volunteering Coaching Opportunities

BiG is looking for qualified and non-qualified football coaches to deliver online football classes and outside football services within social distancing guidelines once restrictions are lifted!  

We need young talented football coaches to coach the youth! We are looking for enthusiastic qualified and non-qualified YOUNG coaches that can mentor and coach young participants in a relatable fashion and be an inspiration and a positive role model. 

We are looking for talented and positive-minded young coaches who has excellent interpersonal and people skills, with empathy and compassion who is willing to learn how to deliver fun football activities online and outdoors, in line with social distancing guidelines

This opportunity is to simply coach 10-14-year-olds in afterschool football clubs on a weekly basis including school holidays, as well as helping with the BiG Elite Football Development programmes, which target talented grassroots footballers to help them to bridge the gap between where they are and academy standards. 

BiG will eventually provide outdoor football services across neighbouring London boroughs: Lambeth, Lewisham, and Southwark and are therefore looking for new coaches willing to work in these locations.

Although BiG (BiG (Besty’s Inspirational Guidance) C.I.C. was incorporated in 2018, we only started business activities in November 2019. We are now looking to transform from a volunteer-run organisation to a non-for-profit organisation that are committed to serving the community with an ambition to grow the business and resource BiG with a team of young people.
